Dr. Jenny I-Chen Li is a leader in biotech innovation who has built over 20 advanced testing platforms using the latest science. Her research has changed how we develop new ingredients and understand how they work. She has published 35 scientific papers (25 as first author), with a top impact factor of 12.06 and 592 citations. Her innovations have earned 23 international patents.
As a fermentation expert, Dr. Li has transformed mushroom-based health ingredients. Her work with Phellinus linteus/Sanghuangporus sanghuang mycelium has shown great potential for radiation protection, blood sugar control, muscle growth and fat burning. Through smart fermentation methods, she increased hispidin content from 1 mg/g to 200 mg/g—a 20,000% improvement. Her research has led to successful products like "Propartner's Ning Kang Fu Capsules," "Propartner's Tang Li Jia Capsules," and "Kang Er Dong Pro & Prebiotics." Her team produces about four tons of high-quality materials yearly, always improving through scientific testing.
