In Asia Pacific, digital disease management is gaining momentum through pervasive sensors, real‑time monitoring and engagement via automated digital programs, and supportive policy frameworks. Real world patient data captured via sensors and health systems enable proactive interventions. Governments’ investments in digital infrastructure, interoperability policies, regulation, and reimbursement further catalyze scalable, personalized chronic‑care ecosystems. When digital programs are deployed, outcomes are demonstrated across the Asia Pacific region and scalable technology will further alleviate for the shortage of clinicians needed for management of chronic diseases.
