As General Manager of GSK Taiwan, Tina is a seasoned pharmaceutical professional with 20 years of global leadership experience in Sales and Marketing roles in Canada, Asia-Pacific, and Global.
Tina's career at GSK began in 2015 and includes several high-impact roles. As Vice President, Head Vaccines Market Lead for Greater China & Intercontinental, she drove high growth for key vaccine and orchestrated successful early launches across the region. Her earlier roles at GSK included leading the strategic launch of a major vaccine in Asia-Pacific and developed global campaigns, which achieved significant market success and recognition, garnered her multiple Top Performer awards. Prior to joining GSK, Tina was at Pfizer, where she had roles of increasing responsibility in Primary Care, Specialty Care, and vaccine.
Known for her exceptional leadership and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, Tina has consistently delivered outstanding results. Tina is also deeply committed to broadening patient access to innovative medicines. Her contributions to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives further highlight her commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture and developing emerging talent in the healthcare industry.
Tina is originally from Canada, and has enjoyed living in Japan, Belgium, and Singapore throughout her career, and relocated to Taiwan in 2024. She enjoys traveling and outdoor life.
