LayPing Lee is an accomplished commercial leader with over 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry, currently serving as Director, Sales & Marketing at Promega Singapore. She leads strategic sales and marketing initiatives across Pacific Asia, overseeing a portfolio that supports applications in biologics and small molecule drug discovery, human identification, clinical research, and applied sciences.
 
Since joining Promega in 2006, LayPing has been instrumental in driving market development and product commercialization strategies aligned with evolving research landscape. She has strengthened distributor networks across Asia and contributed to global initiatives in marketing, technical training, and customer engagement.
 
Before Promega, LayPing was a Product Manager at Tecan Asia, responsible for microplate detection technologies and regional distributor support.
 
Fluent in English and Mandarin, she is recognized for her regional insight, cross-functional leadership, and ability to connect scientific innovation with market needs across Asia’s diverse life sciences landscape.
