Tsai, You-Shan graduated from Kyoto University (Kyoto, Japan) with Master Degree in Agriculture. Now Tsai is a researcher from Grape King Bio Ltd. (Taoyuan, Taiwan) with five years of experience working in the RD team. Tsai is specialized in the field of applied microbiology including industrial level fermentation and functional probiotics development. Currently, Tsai is working on some potential obligate anaerobe probiotics (aka, next-generation-bacteria).

Functional Lactobacillus plantarum GKM3® is a probiotic raw material with many functions such as improving metabolic syndrome, immunity regulation, and gastrointestinal protection.
