Dr. Cho-Chun Huang, who holds a doctoral degree from the University of Cologne in Germany, currently serves as the General Manager at CH Biotech. Dr. Huang has risen from a junior researcher to the highest-ranking executive in the R&D department, and now holds a managerial position overseeing decision-making and operations, within a short span of 7 years. Dr. Huang's success depends on her profound knowledge and expertise in botany, her clear thinking, and her exceptional leadership abilities. She is able to unlock the potential of the team, encourage innovation, and pursue success.

Dr. Huang obtained her master's degree from the Department of Horticulture at National Taiwan University. Impressed by the academic atmosphere in Germany, she pursued her doctoral studies at the Botanical Institute of the University of Cologne. After completing her PhD, she conducted postdoctoral research for approximately two years at the University of Cologne in Germany and Umeå Plant Science Center in Sweden. She then returned to Taiwan to contribute her expertise, becoming one of the most professional employees at CH Biotech.CH Biotech focuses on research and development. Dr. Huang's professional academic background and excellent departmental coordination skills have made her highly valued. By combining her expertise with management, she is able to enhance the company's operational performance. During this period, CH Biotech has successively introduced many flagship new products like Endurance, Onward, and Radiate NEXT. Now, Dr. Huang continues to lead the research and development department and all the colleagues at CH Biotech with a composed and determined approach, working efficiently to develop innovative agricultural biotech products.

Company Profile


Radiate NEXT is a brand new product developed by CH Biotech based on the concept of low-carbon sustainability. It contains key active ingredients, choline chloride, and γ-aminobutyric acid, to enhance crop's ability to absorb water and nutrients, improving their resistance to drought and increasing fertilizer efficiency, thus ensuring the quality and yield of the harvest. 

CH Biotech has invested heavily in research and development to quickly develop new products and address agricultural issues through core innovative technologies. Radiate NEXT utilizes next-generation sequencing technology to rapidly explore its pharmacological potential and construct a positive feedback loops that increases crop yield through CH Biotech’s systematic platform.

The intellectual property of Radiate NEXT is protected by registration regulations which CH Biotech holds the exclusive registration certificate of choline chloride, which is the major active ingredient of Radiate NEXT, and patent applications filed in countries such as the United States, Canada, Australia, and Chile. CH Biotech has authorized Loveland Products Inc., a subsidiary of Nutrien Ag Solutions, the world's largest agricultural retailer, to register and sell the product under the name Radiate Next, leveraging its extensive distribution network to quickly expand the market. Radiate NEXT has demonstrated outstanding performance in the field, bringing soybean and corn farmers an additional $61 to $73 USD in real income per acre. Consequently, it has generated a great revenue within a few months of its launch.

Radiate NEXT aligns with Taiwan's carbon reduction strategy of establishing a low-carbon agricultural crop production model. Based on sales for 2022, Radiate NEXT is estimated to reduce carbon dioxide emissions caused by nitrogen fertilizer application by 10,829 to 86,632 metric tons, equivalent to the annual greenhouse gas absorption of 28 to 223 Da-an Forest Parks. 

CH Biotech’s agro-sustainable products like Radiate NEXT is achieving the triple-win goals of increased crop yields, business benefits, and sustainable agriculture.
