SAyako Kashima, is a Director of Business Development at AGC Biologics. AGC Biologics’ mission is to work side by side with our customers in order to improve patients’ lives by bringing new biopharmaceuticals to market. In her role, Ayako Kashima focuses on building strong partnerships with customers located in Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan by offering global CDMO services specialized in mammalian and microbial-based therapeutic proteins, recombinant DNA, plasmid DNA (pDNA), Messenger RNA (mRNA), viral vectors, and genetically engineered cells. She obtained her M.S. in Biological Science from the University of Tokyo.
