Brief Description of main products or services

“Intelligent Module for Hemodialysis Machine” is an add-on module to a hemodialysis machine which gather the maintenance and repair records of the machine to the cloud and determine the best time to maintenance and specify the components for replacement at the next maintenance cycle using reliability centered artificial intelligent technology. Through this module, optimal maintenance schedule can be provided for a given dialysis center or hospital dialysis department such that the total maintenance cost can be reduced (save about 60%), and the maintenance can be done timely without excessive preventive maintenance, renders very high availability of the machines (Operation availability increased to 99.995%). Components with poor reliability can also be identified from the maintenance records. The remaining useful life of the machine can also be determined so that its residual value can be higher for its refurbishment to other nations while ensuring its operation, if needed.
