Stephane Wolf is Global Head Digital Health Solutions Ophthalmology at Novartis Pharmaceuticals. He has been working in the Ophthalmology field for 10 years, helping build Lucentis to a double blockbuster status. Stephane has 16 years of experience in pharmaceuticals in several disease areas such as neuroscience and dermatology, various functions including marketing and sales and several geographies having lived 3 years in US. Most recently he has been focusing on bringing solutions beyond drugs to people with visual impairment by using transformative technologies to improve patients outcomes and support patients in their daily activities.
Prior to pharmaceuticals, Stephane had a successful career in in FMCGs and Over-The Counter (OTC) marketing at Novartis OTC where he initially worked as manager of integrated insight before leading categories of products such as venous disorder remedies, pediatric portfolio and Cough, Cold & Allergy category for the Europe Middle East and Africa.
Stephane holds an MBA from London Business School and Columbia Business School and a business degree in Business Administration/Economics from the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. He is member of the board of “The Apfelschule”, which is a Swiss non-for profit organization focusing on making technologies accessible to patients with visual impairment.
