Ms. Shih-Chia Lin currently serves as Executive Director of the Foundation of Medical Professionals Alliance in Taiwan and General Manager of TAIAN Biotech. She also sits on the boards of multiple biomedical and pharmaceutical companies in Taiwan. Over the past decade, she has been a leading advocate for the development of regenerative medicine, playing a central role in regulatory formulation, industry collaboration, and workforce development. Ms. Lin is also actively involved in shaping national strategies for innovative biomedical fields, including digital health, precision medicine, artificial intelligence, and big data applications. Her previous roles include Member of the Legislative Yuan and Chief of Staff to the Vice Premier of the Executive Yuan, where she worked extensively on healthcare and public health legislation. She is the editor and author of several influential publications such as “Taiwan’s Path to the WHO” and “Future Healthcare: Regenerative Medicine”. With her cross-sector expertise spanning government, academia, and industry, she plays a key role in promoting biomedical innovation and international health cooperation.
