How does it work?
APPLY For Presentation Slot :
Click Apply Online or Download the Application Form. Please make sure you submit your company logo in high quality format.
ACCEPTANCE From BIO Asia Committees :
If accepted, A “Confirmation” will be sent along with the “Payment Notice” when your application accepted.
- Please note that your presentation slot is only confirmed and secured once we have received full payment.
- Please note that the "Priority Time-Slot Selection" of onsite presentation is available upon completion of payment.
- Upon cancellation of a presentation slot, the full presentation fee is not refundable.
SUBMISSION your Presentation Slide:
Your presentations must be delivered in English within 15 minutes (Q&A included), your presentation slide should be in aspect ratio 16:9.
- Please ensure that you adhere strictly to this limitation, as presentations exceeding this length will not be accepted.
- Presentation slide should be submitted and upload in ppt. or pdf. format before June 30.

Upon cancellation of a presentation slot the full presentation fee is applicable and not refundable. If a conflict arises that prohibits you from presenting onsite, please contact us at Patricia Chen to check the current arrangement of your onsite presentation.
